The road to weight loss is sometimes difficult, especially when we travel it alone. It helps to have a friend that understands the hardships that we encounter along the way. Fall is Here!
Well, we probably still have a few days to exercise outdoors, but this brings up a good point. Whenever the weather is bad, we still need to get in our exercise indoors. There are lots of things you can do to get that heart pumping and rev up the calorie burning metabolism! There is always Zumba, Jazzercise, treadmill, Yoga and of course your favorite exercise video. If we look for an excuse not to exercise, we will always find one or two. If we look for an excuse to keep losing weight and keeping the promise to ourselves, we will find a way.
